How much does the program cost?
The fee is nominal: USD 10 to15, depending upon the country that you are in.
Most clients* will also be able to access a 3-day free trial. If you cancel your subscription during this trial, you will not be charged anything. Clients using Apple devices currently do not have access to a free trial (we are working on introducing this asap).
*Currently, clients in India will not be able to get a free trial because the Google Play Store doesn't allow pre-authorisation for most Indian payment methods.
I started the program when the app was free. Will I have to pay for the program?
The free version of the app was discontinued on 16th October 2021. You will now need to purchase the subscription to be able to access all the modules and exercises (even the modules and exercises that you had already completed when the program was free). This is similar to how most common music/movie streaming apps work.
Those clients who were actively doing the program (and were midway through it) when we discontinued the free version, were granted a free extention as an exception. This offer was only valid for those who were actively in the middle of the program. This offer expired on 21st October 2021.
If you left the program in the middle at anytime in the past and want to do the program now, please restart the program from scratch like a fresh user. In this case, you can purchase a subscription at any time to access the entire program.
We also offer a 3-day free trial (in permitted countries) so that you can revisit the program for free if you need to. Remember to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the 3 day free trial expires to make sure that you do not get charged.
Please note: you will always have free lifetime access to your final script and journal, on your
profile page (without paying anything).
Why wasn't I informed earlier that the program was going to become paid?
We were very transparent about the fact that the free program was being discontinued. We sent almost daily push notifications and in-app popups from 1st-16th October 2021 informing our clients about the transition.
Additionally, from 1st October onwards, in the first module, at the beginning of the program, we clearly mentioned that the free program was being discontinued, so that our clients could plan accordingly.
Will I get automatically charged for the subscription?
No! You will NOT be charged automatically. You will NOT be automatically subscribed to the paid program. We do not have your payment information and cannot charge you anything. If you choose to subscribe to the paid program, and manually complete the subscription purchase process yourself, only then will you be charged by the App Store/Play Store. This is similar to how in-app subscriptions work in other apps on the App Store/Play Store.
However, after the first month, in some cases, your subscription will be automatically renewed after your current subscription period ends. This is controlled by the Play Store and App Store and your subscription settings. To prevent this automatic renewal from happening, make sure you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to renew. You will still have access to all the program material until the last day of your current subscription period.
I have already contributed to QuitSure in the past, by purchasing a badge. Will I still need to pay to access the program?

How do I subscribe to the QuitSure Program?
The first few modules of QuitSure are free, so that you can understand how the program works. The remaining modules and exercises will be locked until you purchase a subscription.

Once you purchase a subscription, the entire program will be unlocked for you and you will be able to access all the modules and exercises while your subscription is active.

Will I still have access to the coach?
You will need to have an active subscription to be able to chat with your personal coach about the program. However, the coaching service is always available for free to handle any technical issues that you may face.
I do not see the option to subscribe. What to do?
There are a couple of reasons why you may not be able to see the subscription workflow:
You need to update your app: Check your app version shown at the bottom of your profile page. Your version number must be at least 2.0 or higher to see subscriptions.
If you had contributed to our program before 16th October 2021, by purchasing a badge, then we have gifted you a free one year subscription to the paid program. Because of this, all the material will already be unlocked for you and you will not see any option to subscribe.
Why has the program become paid?
A program such as QuitSure should be priced at around $100. However, we want to make it affordable for everyone around the world. That is why we have kept it free until September 2021 (especially for these COVID times) and served more than 200,000 clients 100% free. Now we need more funds to spread awareness about QuitSure and convert the program into various international languages, to make it more accessible to non-English speakers. However, in the interest of maximising positive impact, we have still set our pricing to the minimum possible level.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the subscription management page of your Play Store or App Store account.

We are so sorry that you have experienced this. Please use the following steps to check whether the payment was actually successful or not:
Check if you have received a successful payment receipt EMAIL from:

Unfortunately, both Google and Apple force us to use their payment gateways. We are given limited information about your payment and have no control on whether your transaction is successful or not. We understand your frustration and will do our best to get the program working for you as soon as we can.
Check your transaction history on the
Google Play Store or the
Apple App Store to check if they processed your transaction properly or have canceled it or are in the process of refunding the amount.
It is possible that the amount was temporarily deducted from your account but Google/Apple were unable to complete the transaction successfully. In that case, the amount will be automatically refunded to you.
If your transaction is not successful, then Google/Apple will not activate your subscription and will not allow us to give you access to the paid portions of the program.
